Digital Background and Reputation
According to Urbul’s website, the company is based out of the City of Industry in Southern California. While they just recently launched in late 2018, Urbul seems to be quickly gaining exposure due to its modern branding and enjoyable user experience.
On their about page, Christopher Scott, the founder of Urbul, writes, “Our mission is simple: We want to provide our customers with quality, transparent, and affordable hemp cbd products.”
While continuing to browse through Urbul’s website, I came across numerous product reviews left by their customers.
In general, Urbul’s customer reviews were very positive, but there were some low-score reviews that seemed to be based on the customers flavor preference and some product issues.
Based on the ratings we assessed at the time of our review, Urbul’s tinctures and gummies had an average rating of 4.1 stars, while Urbul’s device and pods had a slightly higher average rating of 4.25 stars.
Overall, not too shabby. I was actually quite surprised to find that many reviews on Urbul’s website, considering the brand had just launched.
After digging through Urbul’s website, I did some searching on other digital platforms (Google, Reddit, etc.) to determine how established the brand was, as well as to check if any noteworthy positive or negative feedback could be found.
As expected, the brand hadn’t developed much of a digital background because it had launched so recently. We were able to find Urbul’s Instagram and Facebook, both of which were still just developing.
Obviously it will take for Urbul to establish a digital presence and reputation, but so far it seems to be pretty decent with no negative feedback or other issues. I’m definitely curious to see how the brand evolves in the future.
